If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day in store or online shop credit for full purchase amount minus any shipping paid. Sale Items, Jewelry, hats, cosmetics, snacks & socks are not eligible for returns. Returns must be postmarked or returned in store within 14 days from purchase/delivery date and must have tags attached to be considered eligible for any refund. The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
We can only accept returns on unwashed, unworn, clean products. Items must be smoke, fragrance, hair & stain free to be eligible and tag(s) must be on item.

Please include in the email your order number, reason why you would like to return the item. If item is being returned due to it being defective please include photos of the damaged product with details of the damaged portion and original packaging the item was shipped in.
All costs associated with your return (packaging, shipping, etc) are your responsibility. You may choose to obtain both tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages, shipping damage or insufficient postage.
